I learned about habit trackers from James Clear's book, Atomic Habits. The basic premise is that if you want to build a habit, you need to track progress in order to motivate you to keep going.
This page is my weekly exercise tracker. Each week, I start fresh by moving the existing table to the Archive page and clicking the "Start a New Week" button. Habit trackers really do work! 🙌
